Procedures for Using the Zalk Veterinary Medical Library Study Rooms

Welcome to the Zalk Veterinary Medical Library! Please refer to the Study Room Policy about guidelines when making and keeping your room reservation:

Reservations can be made online or on the iPad attached to the column in front of the study rooms
Users can reserve 1 room for one 2-hour interval per day.
- Reservations are not required after hours or during times the library is not staffed (holidays, inclement weather, etc.). They are first-come, first-served. Please be considerate of your fellow students and do not camp out for extended periods.
Study rooms are NOT enclosed and are subject to the library noise policy.

Visit Study Room Reservation page
Click on the + icon under a date and time to get started
Under Brief Description, enter your First Initial and Last name (Ex: J. Brady)
Under Full Description, enter your graduation year and class project (example, 2029, VMS6140 Midterm Study Group).
Under Start, select the date and the time you would like your reservation to start
Under End, select a time no longer than 2 hours, or your request will be rejected
Under Type, Select “Study Group”
Save
If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your reserved room is canceled, and someone else may claim the room.
