Procedures for using the Zalk Veterinary Medical Library after hours
Procedures for using the Zalk Veterinary Medical Library after hours
Procedures
- The ZVML is not staffed at night, weekends, holidays, or during campus closures. During these times, all users are expected to follow the same expectations set forth during staffed hours, including maintaining a quiet and respectful environment within the library.
- Everyone must use their own badge to swipe themselves in. The use of someone else’s badge is not permitted.
- The library door is to remain closed. If the door to the ZVML is repeatedly left propped open, the individual whose badge is found to have been scanned immediately before the door is propped open will be at risk for losing their after-hours access to the library.
- Everyone shall follow the following library policies:
- ZVML After-Hours Access Policy
- Libraries’ Disruptive Behavior Policy. This includes the requirement to properly dispose of food and drink.
- ZVML Unattended Personal Belongings Policy
- ZVML Noise Policy
- Study Rooms cannot be reserved during evenings and weekends; they are first-come, first-served.
